General Policies & Procedures:

- We accept only VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for Internet orders.
- We do not carry alcoholic beverages.
- Baskets/Gifts may vary according to availability of products. We never compromise quality when substitutions are necessary.
- We will be glad to Customize a gift for you.
- We welcome Corporate accounts.
- Be assured that the information you provide us to fill an order is confidential. We do not sell your name, address, phone number or credit card information to any third party.
- Gifts on our website are photographed unwrapped to provide you with the highest visual accuracy. Our policy is to wrap and bow our gifts before delivery or shipment.
- Gifts for Conferences/Hotel amenities require advanced notice, especially for large quantities.
- All orders originating in VA will be charged 4.5% sales tax.
- Please report all damaged items to BB&G, Inc. within 3 business days of receipt. We will be glad to replace them.

Shipping Policy :

- All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.
- Orders received before 11 am, EST, Mon-Fri. are shipped the same day, unless a future delivery date is requested. Orders received after 11 am, Mon-Fri. will be shipped the next business day.
- Orders placed Saturdays and Sundays are shipped the next business day. Days in transit do not include the day the gift was shipped or weekends.
- Final cost of items selected from our Internet site include Gift price, Shipping & Handling (or delivery) and Tax.
- Correct shipping information is critical. Please include all pertinent information: Full name of business, full name of person to receive package, complete address-floor, suite #, Apt. #, telephone number, etc. We cannot accept responsibility for undeliverable packages. Extra charges from our shipper will be passed along to you.
- During peak holiday season, please order in advance. UPS does not guarantee delivery for last minute orders.
- We ship to street addresses only; not to APOs or PO boxes.
- Check the UPS Time-in-Transit Map to calculate approximate arrival time of your package.
- Exact arrival times for residential/commercial orders are not guaranteed.
- Many hospitals/schools will not accept packages for safety reasons. We suggest waiting until hospital patients have returned home and mail it to their home address.
- When extra shopping is required to fill a special order, shipping may be delayed one day.

Deliveries:

- Orders placed after 11 am for same-day delivery will incur a $10 Expedite fee.
- Exact delivery times are not guaranteed.
- Local delivery prices are as follows: $5.00 within Oyster Point Commercial Park & $7.00 for Peninsula deliveries which include Newport News, Hampton, York County and Poquoson. Orders for all other locations are shipped.
- For safety reasons, delivery of gifts to secured sites, i.e. military bases, government buildings, schools, hospitals, etc. will be handled on an individual basis.
- When extra shopping is required to fill a special order, delivery may be delayed.
